The Catholic Health Home Care LPN provides supportive and restorative patient care, including health counseling and health teaching to homebound patients under the direction of a registered professional nurse
This position covers Great Neck, Kings Point, Bethpage and surrounding areas.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and current registration to practice as a LPN in New York State
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse Acute care experience Med/Surg in a hospital setting strongly
- BLS required
The pay for this position ranges from $32 – 40 per hour.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
